Early in my own exploration, even a simple Google search yielded a spectrum of views, reflecting its enigmatic nature. However, a recent channeled session with Jenny Schiltz, a gifted spiritual channel, offered a profound and clarifying insight into this ultimate reality.
The Godhead Unveiled: Channelled Clarity
During our session, Jenny provided a remarkably clear and resonant definition of what it truly means to connect with, or merge with, the Godhead:
“Essentially, coming to the Godhead means that you consistently channel Source. You are Source. It’s the profound understanding that you are one with all—even the pieces (people) who are still unaware. It’s in not seeing good/bad but understanding that it’s my job to simply allow people to have the experience they want before they too return to Source.”
This channeled wisdom speaks to a profound shift in consciousness, moving beyond intellectual understanding to an embodied knowing. To “channel Source” consistently implies living from a state of direct, unadulterated divine connection, where the individual becomes a pure conduit for universal energy and truth. The realisation “You are Source” dismantles the illusion of separation, affirming our inherent divinity. This understanding extends to a compassionate acceptance of all beings, acknowledging that every individual’s journey, including their experiences of perceived “good” or “bad,” is part of their unique path back to Source, demanding our non-judgmental allowance rather than intervention.

The concept of the Godhead is deeply rooted in various religious traditions, particularly within Christian theology. Summing up biblical references, the Godhead refers to the essence of the divine being; it is the one and only Deity, the singular and true God. For instance, the Greek term theotēs (Colossians 2:9) refers to the fullness of God’s essential being dwelling in Christ, while theiotēs (Romans 1:20) speaks of God’s divine nature seen in creation, and to theion (Acts 17:29) refers to the divine being.
Christian theology most commonly expresses the Godhead through the doctrine of the Trinity: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—three distinct persons, yet one God. Some time ago, a trusted reader remarked to me, “You’re working towards balancing with triality,” a statement that initially made little sense. However, upon deeper reflection and observation of various spiritual texts, the pervasive theme of “Father, Son & Holy Spirit” (or similar tripartite divine structures) began to surface, suggesting a deeper, multidimensional framework beyond simple duality.

As stated in John 1:1, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God,” followed by John 1:14, “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.” Colossians 2:9 further affirms, “For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity [Godhead] lives in bodily form.” Jesus, through his life, teachings, crucifixion, and resurrection, is believed to have demonstrated exactly who God is, making the incomprehensible divine accessible to humanity. As John 1:18 states: “No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.” This biblical summation of the Godhead aligns seamlessly with Jenny’s channeled insights, presenting a consistent truth without needing elaborate theological frameworks.
Ancient Echoes of Unified Divinity: The Perennial Philosophy
So, what does this profound understanding of the Godhead and divine unity mean for us today?
In my viewpoint, much of this ancient and channelled information serves to guide humanity towards remembering our true selves. It underscores that each individual embarks on a unique journey to return to the conscious remembrance of who we truly are. Throughout history, numerous figures have stepped forward to illuminate this path, acting as archetypal guides and living embodiments of divine possibility. Figures such as Jesus, Mithras, Horus, Krishna, and Dionysus, across diverse cultures and mythologies, have led the way, proving through their lives and teachings that it is indeed possible for humanity to remember and reclaim its inherent divinity. These beings often share common threads in their narratives: divine births, miraculous deeds, profound wisdom, sacrificial acts, and themes of death and resurrection, all pointing to a universal pattern of divine manifestation. Just as the Egyptian Pharaoh Akhenaten pioneered a revolutionary belief in one true God, embedding this singular divinity into the Akashic records, so too did these archetypal figures embed the blueprint for humanity’s remembrance of its divine origin.
What this translates to for me, after years of dedicated searching for truth and connection with God, is an unwavering certainty that this connection is absolutely accessible to everyone. We live our lives on this planet, and each of us possesses the inherent capacity to reach this divine state in our own unique way. There is no concept of “being special” in the eyes of the Godhead, for in its boundless love and wisdom, everyone and everything is inherently sacred and unique.
The Universal Access to Divine Love: Beyond Dogma
My personal journey has also been illuminated by insights received through channelled sessions, such as one with God via Jocelyn Joy Thomas. In this profound exchange, God affirmed that every single person needs to be aware of the immense, unconditional love that is constantly being sent to them. This divine love, shining brighter than the very sun, is universally available. All that one needs to do is to open oneself, to consciously open their heart to receive this boundless love, and it will undeniably be felt. Whether you choose to affirm with a mantra like “I open myself to God’s love,” or “I open myself to the love of God,” or craft your own unique statement that resonates with your personal connection to the Divine, this conscious opening allows you to deeply feel the love that is continuously given by the one true God.
One of the most liberating lessons I have learned over the years is the profound simplicity of connecting to the Divine: you can connect to God in your own way. There is no prerequisite to attend a specific church, offer particular rituals, or engage in any prescribed actions. The connection is inherent. Every living person possesses some form of attunement to God; it is the very source of life itself. Even those who intellectually believe they are disconnected are, in truth, inextricably linked.
Spirituality in Daily Life: Embodied Wisdom Over Academic Acumen
Another significant insight gleaned from years of experiencing such spiritual journeys is that profound connection to the divine does not necessitate a detachment from day-to-day living. I have encountered individuals who couch spirituality in highly complex scientific terms, seemingly striving to prove their academic acumen as a prerequisite for genuine spiritual connection. Yet, in reality, such intellectual acrobatics are entirely unnecessary. True spirituality is not complicated; it is lived, embodied, and accessible. It does not matter how sophisticated one’s understanding of quantum physics or esoteric systems is; the depth of connection is personal and transcends academic validation.
In my own observations, while many individuals are captivated by elaborate “stories”—such as specific interpretations of Archangel Michael’s connection to the Kabbalah—and may genuinely resonate with those paths, there are many of us, myself included, who are more profoundly focused on the practicalities of our daily lives. Our path is about how to function optimally, how to work with integrity, and how to live a fulfilled existence. My journey has revealed that my role is to teach people how to empower themselves in their everyday lives, inspiring them to create the life they truly desire, rather than merely sitting in a position of preaching.
I’ve also witnessed that channels, scribes, and mediators each possess their own unique ‘flavours’ or styles of divine expression. This diversity is fantastic, as it reflects the specific role each individual plays. Some are drawn to the intricate development of new systems and complex concepts, and that is their precise contribution. My own understanding, particularly in discerning my unique ‘flavour’ with Archangel Metatron, is that this expression naturally evolves without needing to be complicated. I am aware that in the books we will co-author, Archangel Metatron will only introduce concepts that the human mind can truly comprehend, presented in my own language, infused with my unique flavour. This is his profound expression of consciousness flowing directly through me, tailored for accessibility.
