Instead of rushing to shift back into a heart-centred state, I consciously chose to remain in this state of mental activity, observing its mechanisms more deeply. Afterwards, once I had gained clarity on the mind’s patterns, I consciously re-balanced by immersing myself in the Elohim & Méline Lafont attunement, followed by the Heart Activation Music that Amy and I co-create, gently guiding myself back into the harmonious balance of the heart.

It’s fascinating how, at a certain energetic layer, Earth can appear flat, only to reveal its true spherical nature as one shifts perspective. The “zoom point” of these visions kept expanding outwards and outwards, eventually reducing the entire planet to a mere dot on a cosmic whiteboard, surrounded by intricate universal systems.
