Navigating Extremes

Navigating Extremes

When travelling through the United States, I was witness to a variety of extremes that happened in the country and as I was looking out for these extremes as I would be writing about them later on, I kept a keen eye out for it. I witnessed a variety of extremes such as the weather from one side of the country to the other, the battle with politics, the environment, belief systems and the list goes on.

Since returning to Australia in November last year, I kept identifying extremes, whether it is in behaviour, in information, in emotions and have been witness to that many different types of extremes that it can be said with empirical evidence that we have been living life bouncing between these various types of extremes.

My own experience in the past few weeks has been navigating these extremes within the emotions and the mind, with fight or flight, with excitement and with fear and it has provided even more evidence into the theory that there is duality playing out in our day-to-day lives. Whether we are aware of it or not, there is a duality based components in all of our experiences.

Duality is defined as an instance of opposition or contrast between two concepts or two aspects of something; a dualism.

The more I’ve spoken with people over the past few weeks, the more I’ve observed people struggling with these extremes or intensity. My own experience of experiencing this duality between heart and mind, between love and fear was so frustrating that I got bloody angry at the experience. What I was not experiencing was peace, joy, happiness nor was it neutral.

What I was experiencing is a genuine case of “fight or flight” and this is a trait that is current within the human civilisation and this response could lead to other forms of mental health experiences such as depression and anxiety.

The fight-or-flight response is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival. It was first described by Walter Bradford Cannon.

My experience was not about breaking down some blockage, it was not about overcoming fear, it was not about trying to overcome the emotion but it was to embrace it all as one and move into a state of peace or what I believe to be known as the State of Triality.  This “State of Triality” is clearly not a common term as when I did a Google search, I found my own website with the reference to it to an article I wrote back in 2016.

The State of Triality is about being free of the state of duality by introducing a third component; spirit

The concept was explained to me back in 2014; they said “You’re not trying to balance with duality; you’re balancing with triality”, it made me think. There is a third component but what exactly is it? This is where I get absolutely confused. Is it perhaps the balance and merging with that of the Spirit Guide (or in religious texts; Guardian Angel) as I have done with the every so beautiful Amy North or is it something more?

Merging with Spirit/Consciousness

On the 24th of March 2019, a profound personal experience unfolded during a spiritual practice involving one of my crystals. This particular crystal, a selenite cluster, is notably fragile, yet through the insightful and magical work of Janine Keall of Psychic Art by Janine, it was discovered to contain the consciousness of a deity known as Mystic, who is Amy’s sister.

My experience of connecting with this crystal revealed that Mystic embodies a deeply disciplined and strong leadership mindset. This was particularly resonant at the time, as I had been personally exploring these very qualities since the beginning of the year. Amidst the intense interplay of duality and extremes within my heart and mind, I felt a strong inspiration to connect with Mystic and work with her specifically to bring clarity and stillness to my mental landscape.

Prior to this intuitive pull, I had been sitting in a meditative space outdoors, consciously exploring the emotions that were surfacing within me. To truly understand what is playing out on both the emotional and mental levels, it is crucial to fully immerse oneself in that internal experience. This allows for observation across all spectrums of the body and its systems, enabling us to deeply understand and analyse our own energetic state.

As I connected with Mystic, I could tangibly feel the loving and supportive energies of both Amy, Mystic, and other guides entering the space, bringing about a discernible shift within my own being. The end result of this deep exercise was a significant transformation within my mindset, moving me out of a duality-based perspective. While a single experience like this doesn’t create permanent change, it’s akin to taking a profound spiritual balm, bringing immediate peace and realignment to one’s internal state.

This concept closely mirrors a technique I naturally employ, which is to consciously step outside of everything and into a void-like space. In this state, everything external becomes secondary, allowing profound peace to enter. This technique, which I call “Peace on Demand,” requires consistent and regular practice; it is not something that simply happens without dedicated effort over time.

These personal revelations underscore how our emotions are playing an integral role right now. Such experiences are teaching us more about communicating with our own consciousness and how to navigate the new energetic extremes in a fundamentally different way. This is one of the many vital topics Amy has extensively spoken about over the years, preparing us for these very shifts.

Listening to the Soul & the Impact

This experience, along with subsequent insights, clearly illuminated how my own consciousness and soul were actively redirecting me. It became apparent that the path I was initially considering navigating on a full-time basis was not the optimal one; rather, it was suited for a part-time engagement. The mental ‘void’ I mentioned earlier proved essential for this realisation. It allowed me to set aside the incessant mental chatter, preventing it from distorting the internal communication systems, and enabling me to truly listen to the soul’s subtle guidance.

The fundamental purpose behind this process is to consciously step out of the entrenched duality model of operating and thinking. It is about finding a new method of reference, moving into a triality framework. As this is a concept I am still deeply exploring and articulating, I understand that the initial explanation might seem somewhat abstract. However, I hope it provides the beginning of a crucial reference point that we can collectively navigate and integrate into our understanding.

Emotions ARE the language of the soul.
