Character, Consistency, The Mind & Authenticity

This article draws from a profound channeling session that unfolded on October 18, 2015, offering timeless wisdom for all individuals, not solely those identifying as lightworkers. The insights shared transcend specific roles, focusing on universal principles of personal growth and well-being.

Character and Authenticity: Embracing the Human Design

The concept of character is paramount on any spiritual path. While many aspire to impeccability, the truth is that perfection is an illusion, even for beings in higher dimensions. Recognizing that flaws exist even within spiritual guides can be incredibly liberating for us. Our imperfections are not liabilities; they are integral to building a substantial and authentic character.

It is through acknowledging and embracing our weaknesses and mistakes that we truly cultivate integrity and wisdom. This process fosters trustworthiness, drawing others to us for healing, guidance, and shared learning. When we are not aligned with our authentic selves, others can subtly sense this incongruence. Therefore, a vital practice is to consistently clear our own energetic field by observing our thoughts and emotions, as these internal states shape both our character and our reality.

The journey toward authenticity involves confronting the “clutter” in our minds and hearts—blind spots, unaddressed issues, and rigid perspectives. As Steven shares from his own experience, striving for an unattainable ideal of perfection can lead to profound distress. The beauty of our design lies in our inherent imperfections; they are what make us uniquely human, preventing us from being mere automatons.

When we truly connect with our authentic selves, acknowledging our flaws, they either integrate into our being or simply fall away. The ultimate goal is integration, where all aspects of ourselves merge into a flowing, harmonious source. This moving light and energy, when unimpeded by internal blocks, signals that life is flowing in alignment with our highest good. Our purpose is simply to be this light, to allow it to shine effortlessly, just as a river flows without questioning its nature. Our character, a reflection of this inner work and authenticity, is how we present our luminous self to the world.

Cultivating Consistency: The Heart as Our Compass

True authenticity emanates from the heart. While many tend to operate predominantly from a mental framework, shifting into the heart space is crucial for genuine expression. As more individuals connect with their hearts, a greater sense of consistency and genuineness emerges. Inconsistencies often manifest in one’s energy field, perceptible to others through subtle energetic or auric cues.

To cultivate consistency, we must consciously reside in our hearts, allowing the innate love within us to flow freely. The mind, with its logical constructs and often overwhelming influx of information from external sources, can easily interfere with this natural flow. It can trigger reactions rooted in fear, particularly in response to global conflicts and media narratives. The key to being consistently genuine is to remain in a state of the heart, embracing a “state of not knowing” that transcends the ego’s need for control and understanding.

Achieving this state requires dedicated practice. The path involves clearing the mind through meditation, focused attention, and cultivating silence. A quiet mind is a clear mind, allowing us to connect with our emotions and truly listen to the heart’s wisdom. This reprogramming of the mind takes time, effort, and consistent work, yet it is a deeply rewarding endeavor for those committed to the journey.

Once a person enters a meditative state, they can intentionally shift their focus to the heart space, feeling it more profoundly than the mind. With consistent practice, the heart’s presence becomes increasingly palpable and its guidance louder.

Another powerful technique involves bridging the heart and mind through energy work. By placing hands on the head and heart, one can set the intention to create a harmonious “heart-to-mind circuit.” Calling upon a spirit guide or specific archangels, such as Archangel Uriel for purification, can facilitate this process. Visualizing pink energy—perhaps aided by Rose Quartz—during this work, followed by sealing the circuit with golden light (often recognized as the light of creation or ‘grace’), can enhance its effectiveness. During this energetic circuit, visualize the golden energy illuminating the mind, while the heart’s energy spirals or vortices upwards into the mental sphere.

Purity and Protection: Aligning with Higher Consciousness

Archangel Gabriel, alongside Jesus, emphasizes the inherent purity within every being. This inner light is a birthright, an intrinsic state of being that can be extended outward to heal aspects of ourselves—such as hatred, fear, or resentment—and ultimately bring about profound peace and joy. Purity of mind is a direct result of heart alignment, being fully connected with our entire being, and resting in deep inner peace. These states—purity, grace, peace, and love—are all aspects of the light, states we are encouraged to relax into and embody. The practice involves healing the mind and settling into the heart, allowing our inner light to shine brightly and radiate outwards.

Archangel Michael further expands on this, highlighting the importance of safeguarding the mind. Through the use of a blue cloak or blue energy, we can protect our mental space, especially after cultivating clarity. Michael and his legions of angels offer assistance in clearing mental obstacles and transmuting any dark aspects of the mind. This blue flame of protection can also be used for purification; for instance, after a stressful day, one can invoke Archangel Michael to clear away mental burdens, recognizing that stress significantly impacts our energy fields and overall health. By engaging in these practices, we can reach the highest levels of purity and fully embody the light within.
